Mr. Wayne Xiong  serves as the Advion Interchim Scientific Chief Financial Officer and Interim CEO/DG. Mr. Wayne has over 15 years of experience in multinational accounting and finance with the past eight years as financial executive in different industries.

Prior to joining Bohui, Mr. Wayne was the Chief Financial Officer of General Electric Industrial Motors for more than 3 years, leading M&A execution and synchronization projects as well as new ERP system implementation. Before GEIM, he was the CFO and CEO assistant at Makena and CFO of Hisense Mexico.

Stéphane Coppin has worked at Interchim for 33 years, where he has spent his entire career. A chemist by training (Blaise Pascal University in Clermont-Ferrand), he initially took up the position of Product Manager, specialising in bulk chemicals and fine chemicals.

Then, in 2000, he took over the management of the Chemistry Division, which includes chemicals, synthesis equipment, and purification (puriFlash range of instrumentation and consumables).

Remaining in the Product Management sector, he took up the position of Product Director (all ranges) in 2019. Then, wishing to change fields, he accepted the position of Supply Chain Director in 2022, while preparing for the ERP change. In 2024, he became Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Interchim, while retaining the position of Supply Chain Director France.

Dr. Gupta has over 17 years of experience in sales and marketing of analytical chemistry instrumentation and consumables. Prior to joining Advion he was Head of International Sales and Distribution at Biolin Scientific AB in Sweden where he led sales and marketing operations in Europe, South America and Asia of high-tech precision instruments for research within surface, material and bio-science, drug discovery and diagnostic applications. Before this Dr. Gupta spent more than 10 years at Biotage AB as Director of International Sales in Sweden, successfully managing sales and marketing operations throughout Asia, South America and major parts of Europe for microwave, flash chromatography, evaporation and sample preparation technologies.

He earned a PhD degree in Chemistry from Punjab University India and then spent more than 5 years as Post Doctoral fellow at Uppsala University Sweden and Melbourne University Australia in organic chemistry, publishing more than 13 research publications and a book chapter. He specializes in organic synthesis, purification and characterization of small molecules.

Fabrice joined Advion Interchim Scientific in July 2023. He has almost 20 years of experience in sales of consumables & instrumentation with a high knowledge of the French and European market.

Prior joining Advion Interchim Scientific, Fabrice was the Channel Partner Manage for AGILENT for 8 years, leading the development of sales for the complete portfolio of Chromatography & Spectroscopy consumables in Benelux, France, Ireland & United Kingdom.

Saleem Abdo

Kristy Licari offers over 15 years of marketing experience, and holds a BS in Integrated Marketing Communications from Ithaca College (2008).

She joined Advion in 2016 as the Director of Marketing, managing integrated campaigns for the global organization and distributor partnerships.

Prior to joining Advion, Kristy held an Account Executive role at several advertising agencies in Los Angeles, CA, managing marketing and public relations campaigns for clients including VIZIO, King’s Hawaiian, Mitsubishi Motors. She has also worked with the Los Angeles CBS radio cluster (JACK FM, AMP Radio, KROQ) on promotions and event execution, as well as for New York State Tourism as the Integrated Marketing Manager for Tompkins County.
